ON the following pages there are 71 phrases related to stopping smoking.

For optimum results you want to give yourself a starting number of intensity for each phrase that you work with.
0 = no negative charge.
10 = high emotional charge.

Since you are here for your own benefit. Answer truthfully. You are the only one looking.

Using pen and paper is it suggested to write down your starting number for each phrase.

And it is suggested to write down your ending number for each phrase.

Start with the first phrase that you have an emotional charge to which is anything between a 1 and a 10.

You can start tapping using all of the different tapping points.
While saying the phrase out loud at the same time that you are tapping.

After you complete one or two rounds of tapping ask yourself what number you would rate that issue at and record your number.

It is strongly recommended to persevere.

You can continue by switching hands every round as you continue on with each additional round of tapping working to lower the emotional number.

Your goal is to get most or all of the numbers down to a 0. If you get stuck simply skip over to the next answer. Be sure to record what number you left off at. Because at the end of the list you can go back and tap on any number that did not clear out completely.

It is suggested to cycle through this entire list repeatedly because each time your scores will become much less because many of our emotions are all tied up with each other.
